Devonshire House is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our practice prides itself on delivering personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.

As a Patient Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout their journey with Devonshire House.

With a focus on patient satisfaction and comprehensive dental services, we strive to exceed expectations at every visit.

Full time: 37hrs, covering Mon – Fri, 1 Saturday in 4.
Part time: Mondays and Wednesdays 7.45am till 18.15pm, 19.50hrs + 1 Saturday in 4

Job Description

Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
Providing information about our services and treatment options
Handling patient registrations and administrative tasks
Assisting with billing and insurance queries
Collaborating with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of dental software (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Empathy and compassion for patients’ needs and concerns
Fluent in English
