Dental Fee Schedule
The following fee schedule is provided as a guide. All complex treatment proposals will be accompanied by a detailed treatment plan, a realistic estimate of the anticipated cost and details of when fees will be due. Treatment plan costs are honoured for six months from the date of issue and payment is due on the day of each appointment. We accept payment by debit and credit card (excluding American Express) , but no longer accept payment in cash.
Fees for private specialist dental treatment vary widely. The fee varies due to the complexity of the problem, the locality and the quality of the materials used. Some techniques are more expensive than others. You should always ask for information from the dentist about the available treatment options. A written quotation will be given to you but this is only possible after the specialist dentist has assessed your problem at a consultation. The treatment plan and quotation are reviewed on an on-going basis during the treatment. If there is a change to the treatment plan after treatment has started, you will be informed and given the opportunity to agree to the modified treatment plan before the modified treatment is carried out or the original treatment plan is continued.

Emergency appointment fees
Our fees for emergency appointments are the same as our standard hourly rate of £620. Your appointment will automatically be booked for 1 hour, however your treatment may not require the full hour in which case you will be charged the pro rata amount of £620. If you are not currently undergoing treatment, an additional out of hours call-out rate of £100 will be charged.
A deposit of £80 for adults’ appointments and £50 for children’s appointments is payable at the time of booking New Patient Consultations. This will automatically be deducted from your appointment fee.
Notice of Cancellation
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give 24 hours notice to avoid a charge. Without adequate notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to make a charge for appointments that cannot be refilled. In that situation, the charge would be £200 per hour, based on the appointment length. If you miss a hygiene appointment or cancel on the day, we apply a standard £80 charge for adults and £50 for children. We will make every effort to remind you that you have an appointment but please do not rely on us to do so. Please inform us of any change to your contact details to ensure you receive our appointment reminders. If you have paid a deposit to secure your first appointment and cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend this appointment, your deposit will not be refunded to you.
Terms of Payment
Payment is due on the day of each appointment. We accept payment by debit and credit card (excluding American Express), but no longer accept payment in cash. For extensive treatment plans, when agreed in advance, a six month interest free staged payment plan is available with payment by bank transfer as an additional option.
