Job Description:

As a Patient Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout their journey with Devonshire House. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Providing information about our services and treatment options
  • Handling patient registrations and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with billing and insurance queries
  • Collaborating with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of dental software (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and compassion for patients’ needs and concerns
  • Fluent in English
