Wail is an excellent speaker and teacher. I appreciate his realistic and patient centred approach when managing cases. I always leave learning something new each time at his CPD treatment planning evenings.

A Devonshire House Specialist Prosthodontist mentored me at my practice as there were two difficult cases that needed further surgical intervention prior to the prosthetic stage. His calm approach and wealth of experience ensured that both patients were treated without a hitch. At this stage of my implant education, I was a bit nervous and indeed my staff were on edge when we did implant surgery, and so with a new mentor coming, the nerves were jangling! From the moment he arrived we all relaxed. He communicated excellently in a courteous manner, especially with the patients. His measured approach meant we all pulled together, relaxed and actually really enjoyed the mentoring session.
