Job Description:

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with greeting and welcoming patients
  • Learning to manage appointment bookings and schedules Providing basic information about our services and treatments
  • Shadowing experienced staff to understand administrative tasks
  • Assisting with maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills

Requirements:

  • GCSE’s in English & Maths Grade C or above (equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer service role
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems
  • Genuine interest in the dental industry and commitment to delivering excellent patient care
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English
