Job Description:

As the Patient Finance Administrator for Devonshire House Dental Practice, you will be responsible for managing the financial interactions between our patients and the practice, ensuring all patient accounts are up to date, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves credit control, setting up payment plans, invoicing, reporting, sales ledger management, bank reconciliation, and direct communication with patients. Using financial systems such as Xero and Stripe.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Patient Finance Admin role or similar (Essential)
    Previously worked with SOE, Stripe and Xero (Desirable)
    Dental Experience (Desirable)
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Used to working in a busy office environment with a high-volume workload
  • Good at problem solving patient accounts
  • Confident in using Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have confidence to liaise with internal business associates at a senior level
  • Fluent in English

The successful candidate will be required to work 24 hours per week, flexible days but to meet the needs of the business.
